Inkplate 4 TEMPERA has a 3.8-inch, 600x600 pixel, 221DPI e-paper touch screen, equipped with a front light, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, a built-in battery, and can run in low-power mode, allowing users to use it anytime and anywhere. Additionally, Inkplate 4 TEMPERA was designed with user convenience in mind. The product is equipped with a real-time clock (RTC) to accurately measure time, and it also has a micro SD card slot to store and display images and other content. For those who need sensors, the Inkplate 4 TEMPERA offers gyroscope, accelerometer, temperature, humidity, air quality and gesture sensors. In addition, it also has a built-in buzzer with adjustable frequency, allowing users to make sound prompts as needed.
Based on this product's numerous sensors, it has a variety of GPIO pins, supports external connections through GPIO expanders or the easy-to-use easyC ecosystem, and has open source features that allow users to program themselves as needed, making it quite versatile. A wide range of applications is possible. The official demonstrated the use of Inkplate 4 TEMPERA to play the "Three Levels" game, as a home temperature and humidity detector, an electronic photo frame, a clock, and even a reader (and it can be used to turn pages with gestures)!
Inkplate 4 TEMPERA is developed and produced at a factory in Croatia, managed by an experienced team to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Inkplate 4 TEMPERA's crowdfunding plan has two options. The one with a plastic cover is priced at US$149; the one with a glass cover is US$169. Officials said the first batch of products will be shipped on March 29 next year.
